AG Welding have invested in the latest plasma cutting technology.

We are as equally adept producing a one off bespoke item as we are producing a large call off contract, and welcome customers of all sizes to enquire about our services.

Fabrication & Assembly


We have a full fabrication shop at our disposal, including welding, polishing, assembly, drilling, tapping and grinding.

We can produce a full assembly to a customers drawing from the ground up until completion.

Punch


Operations such as tapping, countersinking and chamfering can be carried out on our state of the art punch before transferring the sheet to the laser where it can then be profiled, which reduces unnecessary time and costs.

Bending


With three pressbrakes on site, our skilled operators can ensure that any parts can be formed to the tightest of tolerances and to the highest standards in the industry.

CNC Machining Centre


Our new CNC turning centre has the ability to machine items up to a diameter of 380mm and a length of up to 1024mm. Whether it be a small one off item required for a repair, or large batch quantities, we have the expertise to carry out any machining task.
